is an approved SHRM Recertification Provider.

SHRM RECERTIFICATION TRAINING

SHRM credential holders are required to recertify every three years and are provided with the option to earn PDCs. Ignite Change offers PDCs for your team. In addition, we will customize your training to meet the need of your organization through the lens of DEIB. 

 

Our fees are based on the time required and individuals participating and will be billed at the all-inclusive fixed rate for the contract period from the date of the contract

EXAMPLES

a. 30-minute educational program = .50 PDCs 

b. 45-minute program = .75 PDCs 

c. 1-hour webinar = 1 PDC 

d. 1-hour and 15-minute concurrent conference session = 1.25 PDCs

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION SURVEY
ARE YOUR ORGANIZATION'S CULTURE AND PRACTICES WORKING FOR ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES?

Our benchmarks provide percentiles based on corresponding ratings from over a thousand organizations. All questions can be customized to your organization's specific needs. Beyond enabling you to compare your results to other organizations, benchmarks help you prioritize and focus your attention for a more significant impact.


Our DEIB survey is an internal diagnostic tool that will tell you whether your company provides a safe and inclusive environment for every workforce member.

To "Ignite" real change, you must understand your growth areas. Our online staff survey invites those who don't feel a sense of belonging to anonymously share their stories so others can gain a greater awareness and understanding of the challenges some people have faced. Identify and fix DEI problems in your company with actionable results, making your workplace more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Our team facilitates listening sessions that are created to obtain important information-finding summaries for your leadership team to use moving forward in their strategic planning.

Quantitative Assessments

Our assessments gather data and gain a barometer on internal perceptions about inclusion, we have a free DEIB assessment( data survey ) business to take an intensive look.

Scorecard Development

We will coordinate and assist your team with designing scorecards for continual breakthroughs and tracking your DEI metrics internally.
